Refunds are not provided for change of mind after a service has commenced or access has been granted to premium features.

In some cases, users may receive account credit instead of a cash refund, which can be applied toward other services on Foluson.space.

You must submit your refund request within 7 days of purchase.

Requests beyond 7 days will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstance.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 15 business days.

We do not refund:

Any third-party charges (e.g., government fees, external payment gateway charges, integration tools).

Any time already spent by our team on setup, onboarding, or customization.

Any fees related to services already rendered or completed.
π Service Changes
If you'd prefer to switch to a different plan or service:

You may request a plan switch within 7 days of purchase.

The value of the original service (minus earned fees) will be credited to your account for use on another service.

No cancellation fee applies when switching plans or services.

If cancellation is requested after we’ve started service delivery, a 20% cancellation fee may apply.

Any amount already spent on labor, resources, or third-party costs will be deducted before processing the refund.

If work is completed or a deliverable has been accessed/downloaded, the service is considered non-refundable.

Foluson.space shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
